Return Policy

 

The Fine Print

 

Please keep in mind our "competitors" have at least these policies if not stricter, the difference is we don't hide anything from our customers.

All orders shall be refunded in the manner that they were received. I.e. If You pay by Visa or MasterCard, refunds will be credited back to your card, PayPal users will be credited through PayPal, & checks will be refunded by checks.

Equipment Returns: Equipment can only be returned "unused" in original box enclosed in original packing, and equipment protectors (lens film, etc.) within thirty days. To be clear your unit can not have been unpacked or downloaded. Factory Seals must all be intact.

There is a Restocking Fee on all Returned Equipment. Restocking Fees range from 10-35% Depending on Item and Supplier.

Please know that these fees are charged to us by our vendors and we are merely covering our expenses. If you would like to know the exact restocking fee of the item you are interested in ordering prior to ordering, please e-mail or call us.

Please do not confuse returns with repairs and warranty issues.

Please also know that these policies do not apply to units that arrive dead in the box, we of course will replace these units without question and cover your shipping cost back to us.

That is if your unit arrives and is not working you can contact us for to arrange a swap out. Swap outs must take place within 30 days of your purchase. The Manufacturers have strict credit guidelines which we and are suppliers must adhere to.

We will only reimburse for shipping costs incurred when an item falls under "The Swap Out" policy. Otherwise we will only cover shipping cost to return your repaired unit. You must receive a Return Equipment Number from us before any equipment can be returned.

We are not responsible when shipments are delayed because of back order situations, we will work hard to make sure your unit will arrive ASAP.

We not refund shipping charges.

Do not ship units back to us without approval, most units come from Factory Deployment Centers and must be returned to them.

Please call us with any questions concerning these policies. Remember we are here to serve you not discourage you, and it doesn't cost you anything to ask questions. We recommend that you ask before you buy when in doubt. We look forward to serving your business.

Please also be aware that Refurbished Equipment can not be returned other than for warranty service. All Sales are final when Refurbished, Liquidated or Clearance products are purchased.
