Before You Purchase A Pin Pad From Our Site

Please note that all Pin Pads we sell must be "Encrypted" by your specific processor for your specific terminal to be functional.

Note this is the case when ever you purchase PIN Pads apart from your processor.

When purchasing a Pin Pad From POS Direct or any other source, check with your processor first on their policies.

Most processors will just send an encrypted unit out to swap with the one you purchase, but it is advised to confirm this with your specific processor first since some don't allow this at all.

Trade In Policy

Some processors offer a "trade-in" program were by you can send them your Pin Pad for an "encrypted" Pin Pad. In these cases we recommend a "refurbished" or "Liquidated" Pin Pad for cost savings. Check with your processor for details.
